Your bottle school trip costs $1,499 per person. “The price of the trip includes comfortable accommodations, meals prepared by a private cook, transfers, transport within Guatemala, a full program of activities, emergency assistance, and an English-speaking guide. The cost does NOT include flights, COVID test, gifts or personal travel insurance (required).”

You can reserve your spot by paying a $750 non-refundable deposit by January 19th, 2022, with the balance ($749) payable in full by April 19th, 2022.

OPTIONAL MAY 19TH DAY-TRIP: You can also choose to arrive one day early (fly into GUA by 4:00pm on May 18th) to be part of a special day-trip, in which you will visit the communities that were supported with bottle schools in 2020 and 2021. This additional day-trip is $150 per person and includes transportation, lodging and English-speaking guides. Dinner on the night of May 18th and breakfast on the morning of May 19th will NOT be included – participants can order directly from the menu at the restaurants we will visit and pay with cash (USD or Guatemalan Quetzales) or credit card.

Available booking options below…

Option 1: Pay using Paypal’s “Send Money” feature (fees do not apply for those that have a PayPal balance or bank account linked to PayPal)

1. Log into Paypal (www.paypal.com)
2. Click the “Pay & Get Paid” tab and choose the “Send Money” option
3. Enter our email address servetheworldtoday@gmail.com and the amount $1,499 (or $750 if you are just paying a deposit now). If you want to attend the optional May 19th day-trip, don’t forget to include the additional $150 payment
4. Choose which payment option you want to use (either PayPal balance or bank account)
5. Change “Paying for an item or service” to “Sending to a friend”. If you have a PayPal balance or your bank account is linked to PayPal, you will not have to pay fees. If neither of these are the case, please choose Option 2 or Option 3
6. In the “Message” box on the following page, please enter which trip you are booking!
7. That’s it!

Option 2: Mail us a check (fees do not apply)

1. Mail a check payable to “Serve The World Today” to:

• Please write on the memo line of the check which trip you are attending
2. Send us an email to adam@hugitforward.org – please tell us:
   • That you sent a check and what the amount was ($1,499 per person, or $750 if you are just paying a deposit now). If you want to attend the optional May 19th day-trip, don’t forget to include the additional $150 payment
   • Which trip the check is for
   • The name on the check

Option 3: Pay using Zelle – please check with your bank to see if they offer Zelle as an option for transferring money (fees do not apply)

1. Log into your online banking
2. Choose to transfer money using the “Zelle” option
3. Enter our email address info@hugitforward.org and the amount $1,499 (or $750 if you are just paying a deposit now). If you want to attend the optional May 19th day-trip, don’t forget to include the additional $150 payment
4. In the “Message” box, please enter which trip you are booking!
5. Send us an email to adam@hugitforward.org telling us that payment has been sent via Zelle

Option 4: Paying by PayPal (fees apply)
