We are excited to go back again to Guatemala. More than that we are excited to invite others to come with us to once again build along side us to make a change.
Guatemala is an experience that is one of a kind. In 2013 we took our first trip with friends and family to help build our first school. Since then we have returned once a year to build a school. This past year in 2016 we attended the inauguration of the 100th bottle school that has been built in the last 7 years. The impact created over the past 7 years has been immeasurable. Weather it is the children that are no longer having to walk 2 hours one way to school and now have a school in their community or the dreams and goals that have been inspired due to the creation of hope. We are proud to be a part of that change and see the impact not only in Guatemala but watching how it has changed those that have also participated – the impact is huge. There is no way to explain the impact building a bottle school will have on your life – it is something you just have to experience.
In a few months we will be returning to the town of San Martin and hope that you, your family and friends will be going with us to be a part of this change and impact. We recommend you come with no expectations – be open to the experience, be ready for the fun, the joy and to be in the moment. The one thing we can guarantee is that it will be a trip of a lifetime. Besides traveling to a country with such amazing history as Guatemala, being around the people and culture is unforgettable. It is an experience full of unforgettable memories helping to create an impact that will change generations to come. We hope to see you in Guatemala.

How to pay for your trip
There are several ways to pay for your bottle school trip. You can avoid paying fees if you choose Option 1 or Option 2. Choose Option 1 if you have a PayPal balance or if your bank account is linked to PayPal. If neither of these are the case, please choose Option 2 to avoid paying fees.
Option 1:Pay using Paypal’s “Send Money” feature”
- Log in to Paypal (www.paypal.com)

Fundraising for bottle schools
You might also like to fundraise for Hug It Forward bottle schools. Fundraising for bottle schools is optional – it is not a requirement of participating in a bottle school trip.
If you choose to fundraise, we suggest a $250 fundraising goal, but some people choose to do more or less than this. It’s really up to you – how much you think your friends and families can give, how creative you can be, and how much time you’re prepared to put into it.
