Book now to reserve your spot on Robert Terrell’s bottle school trip: November 23-29, 2014

I experienced my first Guatemala Bottle School trip in June, 2013. The experience was so life changing that I went back as fast as I could and took part in our 2013 Thanksgiving Bottle School trip. I was fortunate to be a part of the Inauguration of the school we worked on in June and also was privileged to spend this week with Mike Azcue (co-founder of WV) and his family. The communities welcomed us as if we were long lost family, then joined hands and locked arms with us to build a school for their precious little angels. And it was those little angels that will melt your heart.

These two experiences have been so life transforming that I have committed to spend the summer in Guatemala to assist our amazing Hug It Forward team and to immerse myself in the country’s culture in order to better prepare myself to lead the 2014 Thanksgiving Bottle School Trip…I hope you will come join me for the best Thanksgiving ever!

Fundraising for bottle schools

You might also like to fundraise for Hug It Forward bottle schools. Fundraising for bottle schools is optional – it is not a requirement of participating in a bottle school trip.

If you choose to fundraise, we suggest a $250 fundraising goal, but some people choose to do more or less than this. It’s really up to you – how much you think your friends and families can give, how creative you can be, and how much time you’re prepared to put into it.

See more information about fundraising.
