We would like to invite you to Guatemala June 18-24, 2026 to help build a bottle school. We were introduced to Hug It Forward by a family member in 2016. This will be the 5th school we have helped to build.

Hug It Forward has been amazing to work with, as they ensure a safe environment and work hard to give the volunteers a positive experience. The guides act as translators and help educate us about the day-to-day life and challenges in the rural communities.

We work directly with community members on one phase of building their school. We are always surprised by how hard the children work. Everyone has been welcoming as they are excited about having access to a school in their village. For them, an education can alter the future of their children and improve their country.

Our focus is on serving and making connections, whether working, playing games, or simply spending time with them. This is a great way to improve the world while visiting a beautiful country, learning about the culture, and having fun. We’d love to have you join us.

You can reserve your spot by paying a $750 non-refundable deposit by February 18th, 2026, and the balance ($749) payable in full by May 18th, 2026.

Please write on the memo line of the check which trip you are attending

Send us an email to adam@hugitforward.org – please tell us:
- That you sent a check and what the amount was ($1,499 per person, or $750 if you are just paying a deposit now)
- Which trip the check is for
- The name on the check

Option 2: Pay using Zelle – please check with your bank to see if they offer Zelle as an option for transferring money (fees do not apply)

Log into your online banking
Choose to transfer money using the “Zelle” option
Enter our email address info@hugitforward.org and the amount $1,499 (or $750 if you are just paying a deposit now). Make sure Zelle confirms that the email address is associated with “Serve The World Today” before continuing the transfer.
In the “Message” box, please enter which trip you are booking!
Send us an email to adam@hugitforward.org telling us that payment has been sent via Zelle

Option 3: Paying by PayPal (fees apply)
