Do you have the heart to serve?
Come with us and experience the type of heart opening that changes your life forever! Imagine a week in beautiful Guatemala building schools, practicing yoga, learning wellness enrichments and all in all experiencing the type of joy and love that makes you smile from the inside out.
I could not be more excited to celebrate my birthday doing what I love most; loving and living life from the heart. My last trip to Guatemala changed me ways that I could not have imagined. What I thought would be a week of serving others and giving back turned into the exact opposite. I could not have anticipated the type of perspective and opening I felt being immersed in their beautiful culture, their generous hearts and their pure joy for life.
In connecting and collaborating with an amazing group of people as well as ourselves, it is my intention that we work as one to not only serve this community building schools and building ourselves to live more from our hearts. I will teach yoga daily, speak on wellness techniques and philosophies, and lead group body movement classes all designed to provide a holistic wellbeing experience for each and every one who attend.
It is absolutely magical to be part of a cause that brings all types of people together in hope of bringing even more education, joy and love to these children. If this calls to your heart then join us on this amazing adventure from November 13-19, 2017.

Fundraising for bottle schools
You might also like to fundraise for Hug It Forward bottle schools. Fundraising for bottle schools is optional – it is not a requirement of participating in a bottle school trip.
If you choose to fundraise, we suggest a $250 fundraising goal, but some people choose to do more or less than this. It’s really up to you – how much you think your friends and families can give, how creative you can be, and how much time you’re prepared to put into it.
