Book now to reserve your spot on Susan Stumph’s bottle school trip: June 7th – 13th, 2018

I have been fortunate in my life to participate in many wonderful volunteer opportunities that have not only made me a better person, but have changed my perspectives and the way I view the world. The most memorable of these was in June 2017 when several of my family, including three grandsons, and some new-found friends went to Guatemala to help build a bottle school. The opportunity to work alongside such kind, motivated children who were working so hard at the chance to have a school was incredible. In addition to building the school, we had the experience of learning about their culture and day-to-day lives. My life will forever be changed by this experience! I left Guatemala with a commitment to return again to help build another school.

Come join me, my family and friends as we return to Guatemala to help build another bottle school, June 7-13, 2018. Working together on the school we will make memories and experience a new culture while giving the children of Guatemala an opportunity of an education in their community. In the process, you will have an amazing experience that will change the way you look at yourself and the world.

Fundraising for bottle schools

You might also like to fundraise for Hug It Forward bottle schools. Fundraising for bottle schools is optional – it is not a requirement of participating in a bottle school trip.

If you choose to fundraise, we suggest a $250 fundraising goal, but some people choose to do more or less than this. It’s really up to you – how much you think your friends and families can give, how creative you can be, and how much time you’re prepared to put into it.
